Flowers were great. While I understand why they didn't deliver until around 6pm, a heads up on that would have been nice, as my mother was in all day, and didn't realise she had flowers until almost the end of her birthday.

Have used them multiple times for delivery in U.K .Recipients have always been pleased with the beautiful flowers .Hand delivered and not in a flat box like some other companies ,which is important as my mum is 91 and visually impaired ,so finds it very difficult to undo a box .Delivery person very pleasant and cheerful
