So disappointed still waiting to hear from my complaint To them. £67.00 for cellophane wrapped flowers. The description online is very misleading. This is not what I expected for a funeral flower arrangement.

I used Direct2florist so that I could select a florist local to my friend. Efficient next day service but I was disappointed that instead of the depicted smart cardboard ‘base’ with flowers wrapped in paper, cellophane was used. My medium bouquet cost £55.
